Competency Assessment

We can assess staff competency within a training session. We would provide you with an individual training and competency assessment form for each participant showing which techniques they demonstrated competently. We can also make recommendations with regards to any staff who do not achieve the required competency level within the training session. 

We know from our experience that assessing competency within the workplace is the most effective way at ensuring that safer handling is implemented into practice.

We can do this by observing staff within the workplace. We would provide you with a thorough report, outlining the competency levels observed and recommendations if there are areas identified in need of improvement.
