Kay James BHSc(Hons)

Kay James is an Independent Occupational Therapist and Manual Handling Advisor. She runs her own business OT4Independence Ltd based in Kent. Kay is an Advanced Member of the National Back Exchange. She has extensive skills, knowledge and experience working with people with complex disability needs in the fields of manual handling, equipment provision and housing adaptations.

Kay is passionate about identifying practical solutions to meet people’s unique disability needs and providing training which will have a positive influence in the way that people are moved and handled, in both acute and community settings.
